It has become a cliché to say that diversity is not only the right thing to do, but also the wisest choice. In 2020, the business world took great steps forward by placing the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda in its strategic agenda. We've been side by side with our partners in ambitious efforts and we've celebrated many achievements. We want to share with you the size of this impact on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion!

A Diversity and Inclusion Guide, that was distributed to all leadership of the Grupo Edenred (Ticket®, Ticket Log®, Repom®, Accentiv'® e Edenred Soluções Pré-Pagas). Through this guide, the leadership accessed the diversity, equity and inclusion and learned practical conducts to be more inclusive with their teams.
An online training course about performance evaluations without biases and inclusive feedback for the 2.500 employees at Foodtech, iFood, in their operations in Brazil and Colombia. And a program of Women's Leadership with Analysts from iFood which has contributed with 61% of the participants receiving merit or promotion and 27% taking over leadership positions.
The training of HR professionals from mining company Vale in different countries. Editions in Brazil, Canada and Asia. Through this experience they could recognize the DEI's challenges in their operations, identify biases and opportunities in their processes in the area's distinct subsystems e learn strategies to promote inclusion.
