Who are we?

Before telling you what we do, we need to tell you who we are (:

We were born in 2015 when Renata Moraes, our CEO, found herself isolated in male environments.

Since that period, we have grown and expanded our dialogue beyond gender.

Today we implement learning solutions on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in all kinds of companies. Big or Small. Moderns or traditional industries. Family, publicly traded and multinationals.

We believe that we all have to gain when we promote more diversity and when we are inclusive with ideas and new people.
