ImpulsoBeta's commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 

Here at ImpulsoBeta, we believe in the transformation potential of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and since we were born with gender equity expertise in the companies, for most of our journey our transformation focus was on the inclusion of more women in the market. Mainly in leadership positions and in environments in which women are still a minority.

We've achieved a lot on the matter, and we are ready for the next steps: more complex and more transformative. To handle the wider diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, we started to looking to ourselves.
